In Feb. 2025, Keith was named Senior Vice President of Innovation to oversee FORTÉ’s Practice Team, and emerging technologies.

He also leads the technologies demonstrated at FORTÉ’s customer experience centers in the United States. Previously, Keith served as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Innovation, leveraging his extensive product knowledge and manufacturer relationships to lead FORTÉ’s Practices, support complex client engagements, enhance the company’s reference design offerings, and develop FORTÉ’s roadmap of future innovations. Keith is a regular contributor to the Forbes Technology Council. He also serves as Vice President of Innovation, United States, for GPA and holds BICSI and AVIXA industry certifications.

During her nine years at Steelcase, Christina has held leadership roles across product development, corporate strategy, new business innovation, and technology partnerships.

Jessica Volkenant is Regional Vice President for Atmosphere Commercial Interiors, where she leads the company’s Minnesota region. In her role, Jessica is responsible for driving regional growth, strengthening client and industry relationships, and leading a team focused on creating exceptional workplace experiences.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the commercial interiors industry, Jessica has built her career around growing businesses, developing high-performing teams, and building lasting client relationships. She is passionate about helping organizations understand the powerful connection between people, purpose, and place—and how thoughtfully designed environments can strengthen culture, foster connection, and help people do their best work.

Throughout her career, Jessica has worked closely with clients, design partners, manufacturers, and industry partners to bring that philosophy to life through workplace solutions that respond to how people work today while anticipating where work is headed next.
